They Didn’t Make These In MY Day!
I have absolutely no use for a burp cloth but maybe someone out there does. In case you do, here they are, now go hog wild (and no, I’m not sure where I picked that phrase up from…maybe I’m watching too many football movies).

The Measure

It’s a bit rainy today here in Nashville so I thought these sweet pictures would brighten things up. These children seem to have an idyllic childhood about them. Pictures and clothing by The Measure (free shipping world wide until Monday).

I love these little people from Trash and Treasure. I just think it’s so cute how they’re all decked out for the holidays!

Sleepy Kings

I’m finding myself drawn more and more to little creatures like these. I think it’s the little girl in me that still exists.

The Kids Table
Thanksgiving is only days away. I remember having to sit at the kid table for years and years. Even when I was 17 I had to still sit at the kid table (I have a lot of aunts and uncles)! But last year I got to sit at the big table! I have to admit it was quite the leap in conversation and it kind of caught me by surprise. No longer did I have to keep Bryce from pummeling Chase. It was a welcomed relief
I love this idea of a kids table that I found over at sweet paul. Paper table cloth is easy to clean up after and it’s fun for kids to draw on! If Grandma did this for the kids table this year, then I’d have to go back to being the biggest kid at the kid table

Beeper Bb

Beeper Bb makes some of the cutest little hand sewn toys for children. They are reasonably priced and so adorable! Sometimes I wish I had a reason to collect little stuffed animals.

Fun Food
Honeypop Jewellery (yes that’s how it spelled) has some of the cutest food necklaces ever. Yes! Food necklaces! I love the cookies on a cooking sheet, the hello kitty pancakes, and the large cookie necklaces! So adorable
I didn’t know that my love of food and fashion could come together so perfectly
Tomomo Handmade makes the loveliest felt food sets that you’ve ever seen. They have a Hamburger Helper set, coffee cup set, a vegetable set, a bakery set, and many more. Now this is the kind of cooking I like – all fun with no mess, and when you’re done with it you can just shove it under your bed.
There are SO many other etsy shop owners out there that have their own twist to the felt food world so I’ve compiled a few images from some shops across the board into this little collage. The pictures are from UME Crafts, Too Cute, Sweetie Pie Bakery, and Christina Christina.

Little Alouette

I first heard about Little Alouette over at Stephmodo. This cute little shop creates eco-friendly wooden toys for children. I really like the idea of going back to just plain and simple toys for children. After all they don’t need those plastic toys to chew on, it’s only harmful to them. You can visit their shop to see everything to have and more.
