Opryland At Christmastime

Yes the tree was THAT big! Just the other day a couple of friends and I went to visit the Opryland Hotel to see all the gorgeous Christmas lights they have up. They always have an impressive display and it was just as beautiful this year!

Hello

I just wanted to let you know that I won’t be posting today. Last night I went to the hospital and ended up having an unexpected surgery. Today I am in recovery.

Update

I was just released from the hospital three hours ago and am now resting in a hotel with my mom who flew all the way from Pennsylvania to Nashville to be with me (thanks mom!).

Just to give you a few more details…I went to the hospital Friday at 5 in the morning complaining of severe pelvic and lower back pains. I then learned that I was to have surgery immediately.

The surgery went well and I hope to recover and walk normally soon. Thank you for your prayers!

Ps – This show is really keeping me going at the moment.  This couple is living my dream!

Cutting Boards

I’m having a hard time deciding which background I like.  See, I love the color yellow…especially the shade of mustard.  But I’m not sure if that would make a good background color because I know not a lot of people like that color and I don’t want to offend anyone’s eyes!

Can you please tell me which one you like the best?  Or perhaps leave a suggestion for another color?
