I love this desk calendar designed by Susan Yee of En Pointe Photography and designed by emma&bear. It’s under $15 which is exactly in my price range. I have an unusual attraction to calendars. I think it has to do with something of a desire to be organized that has always been buried deep inside of me.

I have just finished writing my last paper of the semester.  It was one that I was dreading and it was quite awful.  I also happen to have taken my last final of the semester today as well!  So it’s been a day of triumphant ends : ) And around 1:15pm tomorrow afternoon I will be completely finished with all my school work for the semester and surrounded by packing boxes….because I’m coming home for good!! : )

I can’t WAIT to start on the road trip home.  My sister arrives on Sunday…only three and 1/2 days away!  Now I just have to tackle the task of carrying various boxes of ranging shapes, sizes, and weight down three flights of stairs (no, we don’t have an elevator in my apartment building…who’s idea was that??).

I love the dark colors in Burberry’s Pre Fall looks. This matches perfectly with the chilly weather, the breath in the air and the frozen noses. I love it : )
